So every year around this time, we all decide that we need to re evaluate our lives and make a few changes. Of course I'm talking about resolutions, and of course I jumped on the bandwagon and made a few of my own.
Go Skiing/Snowboarding Three Times A Week Minimum!
This is by far the number one resolution. I've been working so much and totally neglected going skiing which sucks. After all that is the main reason I moved here, so it would be silly not to take advantage of what is on my doorstep.
Learn to Snowboard
This is more of an aim than a resolution I suppose, but it leads on nicely from the above resolution. I know I'm not going to be anywhere near good, but if by the end of the season I can make it down a run without completely stacking it, I will be very happy!
Save Money.
There are so many things I want to do and see during my time in Canada, and travelling round the US is one of them. That will not be cheap. So I need to stop eating out and buying coffee and put away a tidy amount of money each month and the American dream can become a reality. This is something I am determined to achieve, even if just to prove everyone wrong.
Complete the 30 Day Ab and Squat Challenge Every Month.
I'm pretty rubbish at eating healthily and I cannot waste my money on a gym membership so I need to get my act together at home. These 30 day challenges are so easy and take only a few minutes of your time a day and really do give results. I've never stuck out one month yet so we shall see how it goes this time round.
Nothing crazy or out of my reach, but they are probably things that I'm not going to be able to keep up for the entire year. But I'll give it a good shot.
